· Smoking is strictly prohibited in the historic house. 
· Since this house is a quiet place to rest, please consider other guests and do not make too loud noises.
· Pets are not allowed to stay here.

· Cancellation on the day of arrival  : No refund is available. 
· Cancellation 1 days before arrival : 50% refund 
· Cancellation 2 days before arrival : 70% refund
· Cancellation 3 days before arrival : 100% refund
